Q1: I have recently arrived in Lebanon from Iraq, where can I register for basic assistance?

There are many focal points, mainly churches that are registering Iraqis and asylum seekers coming from Iraq who will take your information and will send them to us so we can help you.

Q2: What are the conditions to be eligible for basic assistance (mattresses, blankets, kitchen material and hygiene kits)?

If you are within the 2 first months of arrival in Lebanon, you are eligible for our assistance.

Q3: If I have come alone to Lebanon , and my family is scheduled to come in the next weeks, will I receive assistance?

No, we don’t help single individuals. But when your

family arrives in Lebanon we will include you in our

distribution list.

Yes. You can only receive food assistance after the first 2 months have passed.

Yes, if that person brings an original copy of your passport and shows a proof of relationship to you.
